"They are extremely slow to process claims, called me a year after I filed a claim to follow up, and then repeadetly ask me the same questions. Communication needs to improve."

"This is the most interesting review. The original claims was processed in a timely manner. However, there was more money available to you after you completed the appropriate paperwork. Our call to you was only to make sure you didn't miss the deadline to get the remainder of the money. Most people are so thankful that we make the effort, here in the office, to follow-up with them to get their money. We reached out, separate from the claim's department, to help you. This is the reason it feels like multiple people would ask similar question. If you ever have questions, you can always reach out to us directly. "
